Commercial advisory
We help clients review renewable generation assets, projects or portfolios to identify where value can be protected, improved or unlocked.This may include strategic reviews of development sites, generating stations, or broader portfolios. We can assess commercial settings, asset performance, delivery risks, operating constraints, contractual issues, value engineering opportunities, commercial opportunities and future investment or divestment pathways.Our approach is structured but practical: understand the asset, identify the real value drivers, test options, bring the right people into the process, and help the client by providing clear pragmatic options.
Asset management
We take a practical view of asset management. It should generate insights that support better decisions and improve earnings. It should change what an organisation does, otherwise it is wasted effort.We can help clients connect the moving parts: strategy, market, condition, age, risk, performance, revenue, outages, operating cost, profitability, compliance obligations, safety, environmental requirements and regulatory risk.
